Welcome to Areen.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Areen's website, applications, artificial intelligence agents, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2.1 Free Trial

Areen may activate a free trial period for certain users for the duration agreed upon at the time of account activation. Use during the trial period may be limited in terms of the number of requests, searches, files, documents, AI agents, or features available to the user.

Certain features may not be available during the trial period and may be limited to paid subscribers only. Areen may suspend or terminate a trial account at any time without prior notice.

2.2 Multiple Accounts

A user may not register or use more than one account with Areen for any reason, including for the purpose of benefiting from the free trial more than once.

Any such conduct may be considered an attempt to circumvent these Terms. In such case, Areen may suspend the additional account and require the user to subscribe to the applicable paid plan before access is restored.

2.3 Required Documents

When selecting a subscription plan, the user may be required to provide Areen with the documents or information specified during the registration or subscription process.

If the user fails to provide the required documents, or if the documents provided are incorrect, incomplete, or invalid, Areen may suspend the account until the correct documents are provided.

Access to certain Services may require a paid subscription.

The features, usage limits, capabilities, and restrictions applicable to each subscription plan will be described on the relevant pricing or subscription page and form an integral part of these Terms.

Users will have access only to the features and service limits included in their selected subscription plan.

Areen reserves the right to modify its subscription plans, pricing, features, and usage limits from time to time. Any such changes will be communicated through appropriate channels and will apply in accordance with applicable law.

Subject to these Terms, Areen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for lawful purposes.

You agree to use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Services.

Areen may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The Services allow users to submit prompts, instructions, messages, documents, files, images, research materials, and other content ("Content").

By submitting Content through the Services, you grant Areen the rights necessary to host, process, analyze, store, and use such Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Services, complying with legal obligations, maintaining security, and improving the user experience in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit such Content and that your Content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

Areen uses artificial intelligence technologies to process user inputs and generate outputs.

Outputs generated by artificial intelligence are based on probabilistic models and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or other errors.

You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs should be independently reviewed and evaluated before being relied upon.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Outputs do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, regulatory, or other professional advice.

You remain solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any Output generated through the Services.

Areen and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, technology, AI agents, models, designs, trademarks, logos, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Areen's intellectual property to you.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use Outputs generated for you through the Services.

Due to the nature of artificial intelligence, similar Outputs may be generated for different users.

Areen understands that information submitted through the Services may be confidential, proprietary, or commercially sensitive.

We implement reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect such information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

Users remain responsible for determining the appropriateness of information submitted through the Services and for complying with their own confidentiality obligations.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities;
• Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights;
• Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or otherwise attempt to extract underlying models, algorithms, or source code;
• Use the Services to develop, train, benchmark, or improve competing artificial intelligence systems without Areen's prior written consent;
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-generated where disclosure is required by law or professional standards.

Areen reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access.

Areen may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services where:

• These Terms are violated;
• Such action is necessary to protect the Services, users, or third parties;
• Required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority; or
• Necessary to address security, operational, or compliance risks.

Users may discontinue use of the Services at any time.

The Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

Areen makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Services or any Outputs generated through the Services.

You acknowledge that use of the Services is at your own risk and that you remain solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your use of the Services or reliance on AI-generated Outputs.

Areen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or reputation arising from or related to the use of the Services.

Subscription fees paid for the Services are non-refundable.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewals or future charges but will not entitle the user to a refund for any fees already paid.

After cancellation, the user may continue to access the paid Services until the end of the current subscription period, unless the account is suspended or terminated in accordance with these Terms.

If a user believes they have been charged incorrectly or experiences a billing issue, they may contact Areen using the contact details provided in these Terms.

Areen may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, legal requirements, or business operations.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
